Journal Policy

Open Access Policy

The journal promotes the dissemination of high-quality research by providing immediate open access. Articles are freely available on the public internet, allowing users to read, download, copy, and distribute the content for lawful purposes without financial or technical barriers.

Publication Policy

Review Process: All manuscripts undergo a double-blind review process. Authors must ensure submissions contain no identifiable information.
No Fees: The journal does not charge submission (APC) or processing fees for publishing manuscripts.
Language: We accept manuscripts in English. All papers undergo language and copy editing before publication.
Originality: Only original works are accepted. Manuscripts are subject to similarity checks to detect plagiarism.

Peer Review Policy

  • Initial Review: The editor assesses suitability and performs an iThenticate check. Similarity over 15% results in rejection.
  • Peer Review: Double-blind review by at least two independent reviewers.
  • Decision: Final decision is made by the Editor based on reviewer recommendations.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. All content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Note: This allows others to share and adapt the material for any purpose, even commercially, with appropriate credit.

Digital Preservation

Articles are deposited with PKP Preservation Network (PN), LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS to ensure long-term digital accessibility. Published versions may be deposited in any repository with no embargo period.

Artificial Intelligence Policy

For Authors: Use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) must be disclosed in the methodology. AI should not be listed as an author and cannot replace critical analysis.

For Editors/Reviewers: AI should only assist in readability and must not replace human evaluation or decision-making processes.
